Who this is for

B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is an aggressive blood cancer that progresses quickly, which is why eligibility review and manufacturing speed both matter more here than in slower-moving cancers. CAR-T is generally considered for patients whose leukemia has relapsed or not responded to standard induction chemotherapy.

Why speed matters more for leukemia

Unlike slower-growing lymphomas, B-ALL can progress within weeks. Our role is to compress every non-clinical delay — visa processing, records transfer, hospital scheduling — so that the clinical timeline (apheresis, manufacturing, infusion) is the only thing determining when treatment happens. We prioritize same-week record review for suspected B-ALL referrals.

Family and pediatric considerations

For patients aged 3–21, a parent or guardian travels and stays throughout treatment. We arrange extended-stay accommodation suitable for families, pediatric-experienced interpreters, and coordination with child-life support where the treating hospital offers it.
